Before you order
How do I know which test to order?
Search the menu for the name on your request slip — it matches abbreviations and older names too. Starting from scratch, the panels group what is usually ordered together.
Can I collect my own blood at home?
For many tests, yes. Where one needs a venous draw the menu will not offer you a kit — it offers a home visit or a walk-in instead.
How long do results take?
Each entry states its own turnaround before you pay. A culture has to grow before anyone can read it, so it will never be as fast as a blood sugar.
What if my sample cannot be used?
Your kit page names the reason in plain language and a replacement is arranged. You are not asked to pay twice for a failure on our side.
Who sees my results?
You, and the clinician who releases them. Where an employer pays, they receive grouped, anonymised benchmarks and never your individual results.
